Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following limited circumstances:
Before Work Begins
If you request a cancellation before I begin drafting your letter, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.
Service Not Provided
If I fail to deliver your initial draft within the promised timeframe and you wish to cancel, you are eligible for a full refund.
Quality Issues
If the delivered letter contains significant errors or does not reflect the facts you provided, and revisions do not resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at my discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT available in the following situations:
- • After the final letter has been delivered and approved by you
- • If you are dissatisfied with how the recipient company responds to your letter
- • If you change your mind after receiving the initial draft
- • If you decide not to send the letter after it's completed
- • If the letter does not achieve your desired outcome
- • After all included revisions have been used
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation
- Allow 5-7 business days for review and processing
Package Refunds
For letter packages (3-letter, 5-letter, or credit bundle):
- • Unused letters in a package may be refunded on a prorated basis
- • Once a letter from the package has been delivered, that portion is non-refundable
- • Processing fees may apply
