- They will sign and mail all letters themselves

4. Delivery and Revisions
Letters are delivered electronically as Word documents or PDFs. Revision allowances are based on the service level purchased:
- Basic Letter: 1 revision included
- Standard Letter: 2 revisions included
- Complex Letter: 2 revisions included
Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Important: TheNiceGuy makes no guarantees about outcomes, results, or responses from recipient companies. The effectiveness of any letter depends entirely on how the recipient chooses to respond. Payment is for letter-writing services only, not for any specific outcome.
6. Limitation of Liability
TheNiceGuy's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. I am not responsible for:

- • Outcomes or results of correspondence
- • Client decisions about when or how to use letters
- • Any legal consequences arising from letter use
